Clothing and temperature
I use the following guidelines when I’m preparing for a run.
Temperature - Clothing
45 and above - Short sleeves, shorts
40 - Long sleeves, shorts
35 - Long sleeves, vest, pants, thin gloves
30 - Jacket, thin long sleeve, pants, gloves
25 - Jacket, thick long sleeve, pants, gloves
20 - Treadmill depending upon wind chill, etc.
